All sales are final
All sales are final. Digital recipe purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please review the recipe description, batch size, equipment requirements, and license before completing payment.
Payment or delivery problems
If you were charged twice, did not receive access, or received a product materially different from its description, contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a correction or refund as appropriate. This policy does not limit your mandatory legal rights.
Before payment
You can leave checkout before completing payment. Do not assume that closing the payment page cancels a payment already submitted. Contact support if you are unsure of your payment status.
